問1 ④ yo -> you
問2 ② I only see one adjective. (I am admittedly not good at this kind of problem, though...)
問3 ② you provide only one blank, but two words are needed ("arrived in")
問3 ③ other answers for the first two blanks are OK, too, such as "sometimes is"
問3 ④ "has come" is also OK
問5 ⑨ It looks like you revised this problem, as your sample answer doesn't match the Japanese. I think the problem is missing at least one word in the middle, so it is not possible to complete it with only two or three words.

Thank you very much for your great help, joadbres. You have been a great help.
問1 ④ yo -> you
Whoops! The spellchecker didn't point it out.
問2 ② I only see one adjective. (I am admittedly not good at this kind of problem, though...)
According to some dictionaries and grammar books, "that" can be categorized into the adjective in this case.
問3 ② you provide only one blank, but two words are needed ("arrived in")
I made a mistake when I copied the original here.
問3 ③ other answers for the first two blanks are OK, too, such as "sometimes is"
If the question is: "Kyoto be hotter Hanoi", it will have the only answer. Am I right?
問3 ④ "has come" is also OK
Thanks for the information.
問5 ⑨ It looks like you revised this problem, as your sample answer doesn't match the Japanese. I think the problem is missing at least one word in the middle, so it is not possible to complete it with only two or three words.
Yes. You are right. I forgot correcting my answer.
I met the/that girl this afternoon.

Yes. I noticed it needs four words so I've changed the question sentence to 日本語の意味に合うように、下線部に( )の語数の英語を入れなさい and put the number of words in each blank.
(I hope I made sense.)

Thank you.

All of the changes you mentioned sound fine, and, yes, the one change you asked about should produce only one correct answer.
