why だれかに and not だれにか?

So someone in my class asked our lecturer why it was darekani and not dareniki like darenimo. I was wondering the same thing, is it because there is a set order for particles or something else?
Here is the text so you know what i am talking about:

A:「昨日のコンサートで、友達のだれかに会いましたか。」
B:「いいえ、だれにも会いませんでした。 来週はしけんですから、みんな忙しかったのだと思いますよ。

Yes, the correct order exists among different kind of particles such like 格助詞, 副助詞 or 係助詞, as in the post linked above. The correct order could differ also depending on the meaning or sentence structure.
e.g.
誰[だれ]にかは分かりませんが、誰かには会いました。
I don't know who it was, but I met someone.

hi sorry for the late reply but thanks for the help. also i sort of understood a little about the verb, thanks for your help on that aswell.
