Dear native English speakers,
I have a question about the use of "about".
(a) Universal design is about designing things that are easy for all people to use.
(b) Universal design is designing things that are easy for all people to use.
(c) Universal design is to design things that are easy for all people to use.

(a) is from the original text. Would (b) sound off? What's the difference between them?

And can you replace "all people" with "everyone" here?

Thanks in advance.
Hirashin

They all sound ok to me. It's ok to use "everyone."
I don't think there is any significant change in meaning for this example.

Oh, you are divided on this matter. Thanks for the help, mdchachi and joadbres.

Universal design is a concept / methodology, not just an action. That is why, to me, (a) is clearly the best and most natural of these sentences.
