Hello all, I am brand new to this forum and was looking for help with translating a Japanese flag I have. I understand that the slogan written along the top (1.) is "Give all for the country" and that the name (2.) is Mr. Iwano, although I don't have the full name. Similar to another post on the board, I have sectioned off and numbered different areas of the flag to make it easier to communicate what is being translated. It seemed to be too much to label each individually so hopefully it isn't entirely unhelpful. There is also a single seal/stamp on the flag which I included a closer picture of. I can take additional photos if needed. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
Ryan

2)
The given name of the recipient is Gorō 岩野五郎.

3)
奉皇忠誠
Dedication of royalty to the Emperor

The rest are all just signatures of the senders.
The stamp is illegible.

Thank you for a quick reply!
Is the stamp illegible due to the picture not being good enough or just that the ink has faded too much over time?

It's the latter, and also due to the style used in the stamp. The kanji were carved in seal script, so it's often hard to decipher even in good condition.
