Hello there,

I'm a newbie here.
I went several times in Japan, more precisely in Warabi and I wish to know where I can get the midi file of the train departure.
I have found a web page with melodies, but I don't find it from Warabi Station. If I remember well, it's the JR line.
So if someone could give me a link to that midi file with this train departure melody of Warabi Station, it would be nice.

Best regards.

Fred.

Hello,
Sorry, I messed up by reposting the question again.
Thanks for the answers.

So, it's the melody number 2 starting from the top of the ori.oc.to web page.
But I'd like to get it as midi file (which is light weight).
The goal is to put it as my ring phone of my cell phone.

Best regards.

If you want it so badly, you should use an MP3-to-MIDI converter software. I've done this before but can't recall what I've used because it was so long ago. Anyway, there are free and trial version software found on the Web.

Google is your friend:

Fred what model cell phone do you have? I know that most of the new Nokias will let you use an MP3 as a ring tone. If you let me know what make/model you have I might be able to help.

I have a QTek-9100.

Actally, it's ok.

I have removed the announcement.

I have now this melody as ring phone :)

By the way, who is Sojiro san? I never heard of him.
The ori.oc.to site with all train melodies is great :)
I could not remind me the line that passes through Warabi :)
It reminds me good souvenirs :D
