Does anyone know , what can be this one with big 24h on it ? I'm really interesed in this and i want to know .. Please help me :emoji_blush::emoji_blush:

ツボハチ = Tsubohachi, a very popular chain of izakayas (pub restaurants). This one may have been closed previously (the blue writing says it's coming back or reopening). The sign below that refers to a pachinko place in the same building.
 
復活 would modify 24時間営業 in this case, thus, it would mean they started being open for business 24 hours a day again, I think.

As you can see, there is a tower building 新宿東宝ビル Shinjuku Toho Building at the end of the street. The building was completed in April, 2015, so your picture is older than that.

EDIT:
A google search result says that Tsubohachi in that building is called 全面リニューアル店. Thus, it reopened after full renovation, so Glenski-san's interpretation of 復活 is correct. Sorry for my misinterpretation.
