Dear native English speakers,
would all sentences make sense and be used?
(a) This is a car made in Japan.
(b) This is a car that is made in Japan.
(c) This is a car that was made in Japan.

Can (a) mean either (b) or (c)?

Thanks in advance.

A means B if you're talking about a model, but it means C if you're talking about an individual car (because in that case B doesn't make sense).
