The Ainu contribution to Japanese food

The Ainu are ancestors of the Jomon people non asian original natives to the Japan islands including Korea , they were hairy blue eyed people that invented many things we think of in Japan today such as :
Sashimi , wasabi , miso , hot pot , eating dried kelp, soybeans , lacquer bowls ,
Oh and the Ainu were the samurai .
