It is important to give context (that means, where you saw or heard these words, and at minimum the complete sentence in which they were in). Otherwise it is not possible to give an accurate answer.

"hotekso" as written doesn't make sense as a Japanese word. "no seta" could be a couple of things (especially if you have misread/misheard it).

Look at just the consonants and it becomes clear:

h_t_k_s_

Probably about fifty-fifty.

I don't know if you've ever watched the UK version of University Challenge, but Paxman is known for making comments when contestants give right answers to questions he thinks are too lowbrow (recognising boy bands or something of the sort). "...Is the right answer-- but don't look so pleased with yourself for knowing that."

Thanks for you Kind replay
"No seta"
i heard this word on a japanese song the lines are
Yume wo no seta jibun dake no sekai chizu

and about hotekso
( i think its hotetso or hitetso )

i heard this word on a japanes anime the lines are

( kona nani mo hotekso chocolto gomenasai )

Noseta is the past tense of noseru

The other word is hetakuso
