I'll hope someone with more scooter vocab than me will confirm this, but I'd say

watashi wa chuuko (second hand) go-ju shi-shi (50cc) no skoota wo kaitai

It will be worth you mastering the sentence
Watashi wa (which can be missed off) (object) wo (verb with tai form)

e.g. Watashi wa biiru wo nomitai (I want to drink beer)
Watashi wa jitensha wo karitai (I want to borrow a bike)
Watashi wa pasta wo tabetai (you should be able to get that one)

If you can get a smartphone and master an app or two, it will make your life a lot easier. Because then you'd simply need to enter simple sentences to get reasonable translations back. Both written and spoken. Of course you should keep it direct and simple (i.e. "want to buy" not "looking to buy") for best results.
Anyway to answer your question, you can say:
- chuukou no skuutaa o kaitai desu.
- used scooter want-to-buy

50cc is the default but if you need to specify it, then it's
go juu shii shii
