The second character in the first picture is a Chinese hanzi, not a Japanese kanji. A very similar kanji 極詰, meaning "excellent pack", makes sense, but 極誥 doesn't.
碧露 literally means "blue/blue-green dew", and is often used as the name of a tea brand.

(I checked the dictionary, and it says that 極詰 refers to the highest quality powdered green tea produced in Uji region in Kyoto Prefecture.)
