Hello i just have a few questions that i couldnt find answers to.
When i looked at the undergraduate scholarship conditions i also saw that you need to get a letter of acceptance. But i've only seen research students mentioning this. I thought that if we get to go to Japan we enter a Japanese language course and then we enter some kind of exam and get placed according to our result. Which is true?

By the way, I'm applying for 2016.

The letter of acceptance is only required if you're trying for direct placement. Otherwise you don't need it~ ^^

I'm not applying to direct placement. Can you tell how it works then? How are we placed into universities?

For the first year they place you in either Tokyo or Osaka so you can learn the language. Around December,I think, you write the university entrance exams and then in March you find out which university you got into.
