Can anyone shed some light as to whether, or not, these are WW2 Jaki-Tabi footwear and what the kanji/marks mean?
Many thanks and happy new year!

Thanks! Do you think it's WW2 era or post-war? Slippers for around the house? That's jika-tabi, not jaki-tabi.
The black kanji is a surname 河𡌛 Kōno, most likely the owner's name. The stamp is 横田納 拾文半. 横田 Yokota is the maker's name, and 拾文半 jū-mon han refers to the size of the tabi, approximately 25cm. I don't know about the date.
I can't judge.Do you think it's WW2 era or post-war?
It's more likely "boots".Slippers for around the house?
