Dear native English speakers,
Which would be used? I think (a) would be used, but I'm not sure if the others
would be used or not..
a) If I have time tomorrow, I'll go shopping.
b) If I have enough time tomorrow, I'll go shopping.
c) If I have some time tomorrow, I'll go shopping.
d) If I have any time tomorrow, I'll go shopping.

Thanks in advance.
Hirashin

I have an additional question.
If I get free time tomorrow, I'll be going shopping.
Would this be used?
Hirashin

I agree (a) is best but I believe they are all acceptable.

I disagree with KW. I think If I get free time tomorrow, I'll be going shopping is possible too. The implication however is that there is somebody or something that will give you free time such as a parent, your boss, or circumstances.

Thank you for the help, mdchachi.
How about this one?
(e) If I have free time, I'll go shopping.
Hirashin

All seem natural to me. The only difference I can see is that B implies that you may have time available already just possibly not enough for the task at hand (going shopping).
