Dear Friends,
I know a person who has been in Japan for almost 1 year but she has 2 bank accounts where she could easily get her amount transferred. She is working in another company where they pay hand cash, and she was my friends girlfriend who has been sharing her pornographic movies in different sites now and she is earning from there also. is there any possibilities to stop giving her visa and call her back home? i want all of this to be done through internet.

your suggestions would be really helpful. Thank you.

What type of visa does she have? How do you know she is working illegally? There's no law against being paid in cash or having multiple bank accounts.

Student visas permit part-time work. How is her work described on the application for getting permission to work? If it merely says "film making", that's an honest description.

Bottom line: is she still a student somewhere? If not, then that's a reason to say they are here illegally, but we would have to know far more than what you've told us so far.

It seems to me that you are trying to mess with someone's life by suggesting they are doing something illegal because she jilted/dumped your friend. While I do not condone working illegally, I certainly have no way of determining if that is in fact what the person is doing. But it seems very clear to me that you wish to interfere with her life for your own personal reasons.

Let her get on with her life.
