Hi all,
My name Nat, I'm from Thailand.
You may be able to help and advise to me with a few questions. I don't know how i can do.
I have been a Buyee member, they are a big Japan auction website. I have won a Guitar Item from their website, it's a very nice Guitar K.Yairi-LEO J6.
Last month I received the Guitar but it was broken.!!!
After I try to follow up with them 4 times, they don't want to take any responsibility. even i have already paid them the transportation + insurance.

Question, Is this a case that can be happen in Japan normally?
As I knew, Japanese is very good of service mind but now what I'm facing with?

Please advice if you have any suggestion.

Did you contact the shipping company and file a claim with them?
 
Guitars have higher risks of being broken while they're shipped internationally.
If you ordered a plan except Lite Plan, they should accept your claim and try to ask the shipping company for refund.
What shipping method did Buyee use? If it was EMS, the Japan Post covers up to JPY 20,000 for free.
Like thomas, I want to know why they reject your claim.
