Those look really good. Not wrong at all, but I would not use "home" in that way.

Again, these sentences are correct, but I'd phrase them this way:
④Does your mother often go to the United States? Yes, she does.
> ...go to the US very often?

⑭Do they often help you? Yes, they do. [繰り返しすることは現在形]
> ...help you very often?
