Almost 4 weeks lol, anyways no I am not dead. I'm in this until the end but anyhow I am seeking more help for these more sentences..... ah...

Sentence 1 In English:
I do not own a TV

Sentence 1 In Japanese:
テレビがありません。

Sentence 2 In English:
There is no dog

Sentence 2 In Japanese:
犬がいません。[Corrected]

Sentence 3 In English:
The movie on tuesday

Sentence 3 In Japanese:
かようびにえいが。

Sentence 4 In English:
There is a test on tuesday

Sentence 4 In Japanese:
かようびにテストがあります

Sentence 5 In English:
There is no class tomorrow

Sentence 5 In Japanese:
あしたはクラスがありません。

Sentence 6 In English:
There is a student over there

Sentence 6 In Japanese:
あそこにがくせいがいます。

Sentence 7 In English:
Do you have a pencil over there?

Sentence 7 In Japanese:
あそこにえんぴつがありますか

Sentence 8 In English:
Where is the library?

Sentence 8 In Japanese:
としょかんはどこですか

Sentence 9 In English:
The library is over there.

Sentence 9 In Japanese:
としょかんはあそこです。

Sentence 10 In English:
The Bank is infront of that department store.

Sentence 10 In Japanese:
ぎんこうはあのデパートのまえです。

Sentence 11 In English:
Library is between Mcdonalds and the bank.

Sentence 11 In Japanese:
としょかんはぎんこうとマクドナルドのあいだです。

テレビがありません is not wrong, but テレビをもっていません is more close to the nuance of "to own".

2)
ある can't be used for animated things.

3)
The particle differs depending on the verb or the function of "the movie", so に can be both correct and wrong.

4)
I prefer 授業[じゅぎょう] for the translation of "class". クラス sounds like "classroom" (at least to me).
