Beautiful drawing

I received this picture from my grandmother's estate. I think it's a beautiful drawing and was just wondering what the writing said and what you think the date of it might be. I think it may be post war, possibly 1950's. First pic is complete drawing, 2nd is lower left, 3rd is upper right, 4th is lower right.

The second picture is the published date and the address and name of the publisher.

The third is the title of the ukiyoe.
ちよ多能大奥(=ちよたの大奥) 御遊山
Chiyoda(= a region in Tokyo/Edo) Inner Palace, Excursion
(ちよたの大奥/千代田の大奥 "Chiyoda no Ōoku" is the title of this series, and 御遊山 "Goyusan" is the title of this ukiyoe.)

The fourth is the artist's signature.
