In the following address:
Kawasaki-shi, Tama-ku
Kodak 4-11-27, Sunhill 707

I understand that "Kawasaki-shi" is the city and "Tama-ku" is the ward.

What is "Kodak 4-11-27"?

What is "Sunhill 707"?

Thank you for the help!

-Jenny

Do you have a postal code? "Sunhill" is likely to be the building's name. "Kodak" is most certainly wrong. Coincidentally, I'm living in the same ward.

Thanks! I made up the Kodak part to keep the real address anonymous - I just don't know if that part of the address is a neighborhood, street, etc.

Agree with all of Thomas's comments. 707 will be the number of the apartment in the building.
The 4-11-27: Kodak itself will be split up into a number of smaller districts of about 1km2 judging from how things work in my local area. The first number (4) represents the district number. Each of these district numbers is divided into even smaller areas (about 20 houses where I live), which is where the 11 comes from. Then the 27 is the number of the building.
