Hi,

1. 「ええ、でも・・・その魔女がヴォルデモートにばったり出会うなんて、ちょっと考えられないでしょう?」

Does 考えられない mean "I (i.e the speaker) can't believe (it)", or "one (i.e. people in general) can't believe (it)"?

2. 「ヴォルデモートが最後にそこにいたという噂のあるずばりの場所だ。」

What part of speech is ずばり? I see it listed in the dictionary as an adverb, but I don't see how an adverb works in that position.

3. 「しかし、ゴブレットに君の名前を入れたのが誰であれ、理由があって入れたのだ」

I can't figure out the grammar of this. For example, who or what is the subject of the second 入れた? How does 理由があって入れたのだ link grammatically to what precedes it?

1)
It would be the latter "people in general", but I think the nuance of 考えられない is closer to ありえない "can't be possible" with no agent.

2)
ずばり can perform as a noun, as in the dictionary そのものずばりを言う. Thus, ずばりの works as an adjective, something like "exact".

EDIT:
Sorry, I misread the second 入れた part.
3)
The subject of 入れた is 誰; the person who put the paper of the name into the Goblet.
その人(= the person) は理由があって入れたのだ

あれ is conditional here.
(たとえ)誰であれ = (たとえ)誰であっても/あったとしても
