Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho

The Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho is a multi-use project comprising Kioi Tower, Kioi Residence, and The Classic House at Akasaka Prince. Kioi Tower is 36 stories above the surface, two-story underground, hotel (The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho), office space, retail (Kioi Terrace), and conference facilities (Kioi Conference). Kioi Residence is 21 stories above the surface, two stories underground, 135 units rental apartment. The symbol of this project, The Classic House at Akasaka Prince, is designated Tokyo's tangible culture asset, former residence of Yi Un. The original Akasaka Prince Hotel was restored and operating a restaurant and wedding facility.
