The National Center of Incident Readiness and Strategy for Cybersecurity (内閣サイバーセキュリティセンター NISC) is a government institute established by the Japanese government in the Cabinet Secretariat in 2015. Its predecessor was the Information Security Measures Promotion Office of the Cabinet Secretariat, which was established in 2000, and the Information Security Center of the Cabinet Secretariat, which was reorganized and established in 2005.
