The Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers (JEED, 独立行政法人高齢・障害・求職者雇用支援機構) is an independent administrative agency under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Employment Security Bureau) that supports the employment of persons with disabilities and persons with disabilities, as well as the work of developing and improving the vocational abilities of job seekers and other workers.
